Iona Summer Retreat

This retreat combines guided walks, Pilates classes, wellbeing discussions and inspiring talks based on current research into pilgrimage, health and wellbeing. Drawing upon Sarah’s academic work exploring the relationship between landscape, walking and wellbeing, participants will have the opportunity to reflect on how journeys through nature can support personal growth, resilience and self-discovery.
Throughout the retreat, participants will enjoy:

- Guided walks exploring the landscapes of Iona

Relaxing leisurely walk on the Malvern Hills 4-5 miles, followed by a series of Pilates classes in the afternoon. Small group sessions – Book early as places are limited.
Saturday 26 April 2025 – 10.00-4pm

Leisurely Walk on Malvern Hills 4-5miles
Followed by an afternoon of sessions to include: Pilates, yoga, breathing and relaxation techniques a perfect combination of indoor and outdoor activities.
